Where appropriate, advisory support may take the form of defined multi-month engagements, structured advisory programmes, or ongoing retainer relationships. The form is determined by the nature of the pressure being held.
This work is not coaching, mentoring, or therapy. It does not centre on motivation or performance enhancement.
The emphasis is on creating sufficient containment for sound judgment to form, when decisions carry weight and complexity cannot be simplified.
